Steps in the process:
Identify financial & data reports: We'll review the basic reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) along with exploring custom reports that answer specific questions for your business. If you have other data systems (POS, CRM, Donor database, practice management / billing software), we’ll take a look at what reports are relevant and how they can be used to inform improvements.
Clarify current goals: By reviewing these reports, we can help you clarify your current business goals and determine if they are realistic and achievable.
Measure Progress: We’ll help track progress toward financial goals by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas where improvements can be made.
